Infectious!
By White Sun on October 11, 2016
In Salty Nona Brown has made a song based on the famous “salt of the Earth” scripture Matthew 5:13. Her song Salty is infectious. It’s jazz infused with Gospel, upbeat but grounded in a serious message about the love of God. It makes you want to get up and move, preaching about faith and belief, while inspiring you to “make it salty” with your own desire to spread the message about our higher power. If you need a reminder of what you’re here to do, whatever that is, put on Nona Brown’s hit and make it salty. Recommended.

Nona Brown’s Music and Voice is really expressive and very “hip”. The instrumentals are awesome too, so is Edwin Hawkins, a multi Grammy Award winner), as Producer. I love the sections of spoken word
Melody rules!
By Ricky Kej on October 3, 2016
Nona Brown’s melodious voice invites a rather quirky desire to shake the salt-shaker all over the land. The unusual lyrics are at one once catchy and attractive. Brown’s voice-both singing and spoken is riveting and her emotive rendition has a charm all its own. The composition and instrumental and vocal arrangements are top-class, worthy of repeat listens 🙂 🙂 :-).
